Walks at Welbeck

A number of public footpaths offer superb walks on the Welbeck estate. Do check your local ordinance survey map. Welbeck estate has several recommended walking routes, from a short 40-minute walk to Creswell Crags to a 2-hour trek to South Tunnel Lodge. There’s sure to be a walk to suit all. The Harley Foundation

The Harley Foundation is home to the historic Portland Collection of fine and decorative art. Displays from this internationally significant collection are accompanied by exhibitions from leading contemporary artists. Additional attractions include events, ranging from tours of the State Rooms at Welbeck Abbey to meeting craftspeople at the Open Studios.

Welbeck Abbey has been home to the Cavendish-Bentinck family since 1607 and remains a private family home today. The Harley Gallery run guided tours of the Welbeck Abbey State Rooms.
